After enjoying the activities and structured play of our first Montessori shelf activities, I changed the activities. This really makes us systematic and to arrange the arrange and also helps us to know what interests our kid. I must recommend everyone to use Montessori shelf instead of doing just activities with your kids.
This is a one to one correspondence activity. The kid has to put one ball into each of the bowls. You can also use the muffin moulds for this activity.
I had a fruits book. So just cut the different fruits and pasted it on the cardboard. The kid has to recognise the fruits and put it in the basket.
This is a lid matching activity.
Lacing activity. I got this from our toy library. My daughter never uses both her hand but while doing this activity, she uses both her hands. So it is a good activity for hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.
As this is the Christmas month, I got the decorative from a local shop. And has stuck the clipboard pins onto the thermal. You can also use clipboard. The kid has to hang the decorative to the pins.
